Hidden works certificates

Hidden Work Certificates (HWC) are mandatory documents during the construction and renovation of buildings. They confirm the compliance of the completed work with design documentation and regulatory requirements (SNiP, SP, PUE, etc.). Preparation and delivery of as-built documentation (AD) is provided on a turnkey basis.

We work strictly according to regulations and standards.


All as-built documentation is developed in strict compliance with current Russian legislation and construction industry regulations. We guarantee that the documents we prepare will pass any inspection, as we rely on:
  • RD-11-02-2006 — guidelines on the composition and procedure for maintaining executive documentation.
  • SP (Code of Practice) and SNiP are current industry standards for general construction work, installation of utility networks and ventilation.
  • GOST — state standards for the preparation of drawings, diagrams, and maintenance of executive logs.
  • PUE — Electrical Installation Rules for all types of electrical systems.

Our range of services: From construction measurements to the finished package


We carry out both individual stages and the entire cycle of work on site:
1. Engineering construction measurements:
  • We travel to the site to carry out manual and laser measurements without the use of cumbersome surveying equipment.
  • We take precise physical measurements of structures, cable routes, and pipelines.
  • We fix the elevation marks (levels) of the finished floor/ceilings, the slopes of the pipes and the connections of the networks to the walls and partitions.
2. Transferring data to a drawing:
  • We digitize the obtained measurements and transfer them to graphics programs (AutoCAD / nanoCAD).
  • We draw executive plans, sections, axonometric and single-line diagrams.
3. Preparation and calculation of volumes (VOR):
  • We calculate the exact amount of work actually completed and materials consumed.
  • We prepare cable logs, specifications, and bills of quantities.
4. Network testing recording:
  • We help you correctly document the results of hydraulic testing of systems for leaks (pressure testing).
  • We help record the results of electrical measurements.
5. Coordination and delivery:
  • We defend volumes before technical supervision (construction control) and the customer.
  • We submit a complete set of documents, ready for any inspections.

Incoming inspection and accounting of building materials


A high-quality executive folder is impossible without confirmation of the reliability of the materials. We handle all incoming inspections:
  • Register (list) of materials used: we create an ordered list of all materials purchased and installed at the site (from concrete and reinforcement to pipes, cables, and circuit breakers).
  • Collection of quality data sheets and certificates: We select and link valid manufacturer data sheets, certificates of conformity, and fire safety declarations to each material.
  • Incoming inspection log: We fill out the official log of incoming materials in accordance with all Ministry of Construction regulations. No material will be left without documentary confirmation!
